hawaii moped laws?
what is the moped laws for hawaii? looking to give my son my 87 but as I went on the moped cruise I saw a lot of kids getting tickets. anything he has to watch out for? mahalos

Depends on what island you are on..
One of the major difference is the Big Island & Maui you are required to have a valid safety check to register your moped. If the bike isnt on the safety check list, then it is now considered to be a motor scooter. It will have to have insurance, safety check, yearly registration and license plate, valid motorcycle/motorscooter license
