It is a Yamaha Razz or Yamaha Jog knock off. If it was a couple hundred it would be worth looking into but not at $450.

Hey bro. its a qingqi..walk away from it..I have that model and had to seriously upgrade the frame for my mods (nh80 running gear) it comes from the factory assembled worse than a cheap bicycle...just my two cents worth
