Greetings:
Welcome indeed. It's a good ratio for stock block if it's 10:1, but how'd you end up with SE50 gears in a '95?

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

Gears from an SE50 (AF05e) fit right in with no problems. It is the other way round that causes problems.(AF16 gears in a AF05)
The 11:1 ratio is better than the stock 12.1:1

Welcome missy!
Lived in Metro Detroit all my life and never heard of a place called "the Village"
There are lots of cites with "the village" in front of their name .....
I'm willing to quess your from Rochester Hills by looking at your pic.
I'd rather be riding my Aero!

No, no...much further north. What makes you say that?
And the place I live in is a village.

How fast do you wanna go?
How much do you wanna spend?
$100 will buy you a 82cc kit
$150 will buy a nice aftermarket pipe
$150 will get you a Bigger Carb and Intake.
$50 will get you gears
$450 total = easy 55 - 60mph
That would be very exciting !

I want it to be able to go with the flow of traffic....and let me pass some fools! haha
I won't be racing.
I like pipe....
now ...is that just for looks? or will help performance somehow?

The proper pipe for your set up will help performance. The wrong pipe for your set up will hinder performance. A pipe on that bike will get you up to 40 with ease if you upjet to match. Without having the original gears from that engine, it will cost over $100 to get any gear ratio besides 10.2:1 for your scoot.
