Someone did that to me on craigslist but didn't have the disclaimer. Even showed my house in the background.

Is it theft when your pix have been put on a public forum for all to see, copy, paste?? There is no ownership once you have given it up to the world. Considering that this party has kindly stated the image is not the bike for sale, what's the harm? ............. :imo:

Unless the picture is copyrighted it is pretty much in the public domain and anyone can use it, even without a disclaimer.

I wasn't really bothered by it... I was just thinking somebody from the forums may have used it.

I'm not afraid of the boogie man.

Glocks are for people who are not gun people. They are unsafe to start with because of no positive safety. Cop departments got sold a bill of goods and now refuse to admit the screwed the pooch.

That is a good one bear, but I can shoot three the nine 3 times for what it cost me to shoot a .45 once. Plus, I figured if spree-rider packs a glock, he is probably of the 9 crowd. Back to your image though, I think a .410 works better than a .45 for the boogie man. That is a close proximity target.

Sure it is cheap, but it also cheaps you on stopping power. Are you aware that the 9 mm has been around longer than the 45 ACP and the reason the 45 ACP was created and chosen over the 9 mm back at the first of the last century was because it is not up to the job of being a real man stopper. Oh and you 3 rounds of 9 mm will not be as effective as one 45 ACP. A 9 mm is barely more than a 38 SPL and nowhere even close to a 357 Magnum. My life and the lives of my loved ones will not be defended with cheap.
