Hmmm, the listing still works for me

"I have a 1998 Purple Honda Elite s for sale. Currently registered as a moped and is good until 2013. It runs strong, about 37 mph. In good shape for the year.all the plastic is there, tires are good. The electric start does not work. the battery is dead, however it does start on the first kick everytime. Has 3100 miles, All of the lights work, turn signals etc.. Price is firm! selling because i bought a new scooter. Please do not e mail as i don't check it often (dial up). my cell is 616 485 2640. This ad will be removed when it sells. No Trades!"

$650 and it looks worth it.

That's weird, I'd probably call him up, but I have no way of transporting that scooter from GR to EL and I don't know if he's willing to deliver. That's what sucks. I have to restrain my searches for a scooter in the Lansing area only.

I've tried emailing that guy with the 2000 Honda awhile ago, never responded and if that Honda Aero is still available (posted 4/26), would that be a good scooter to modify and get to 45mph?

Haha, go ahead. I've decided that I might just keep this until I have enough money for a Aprilia SR50 or a Kymco Super 8/9. I've read around and heard they're pretty fast stock (50mph+).

Is there anything I can do to my Honda Elite E to get some more speed out of it? Or is there no hope? =(
