If I prune a branch off a tree, and hang a thermometer on the side of it, it ceases to be a tree? That makes no sense. :eyeroll: My GMC sonoma retained it's Sonoma-ness when I replaced all the suspension to lower it. My Spree retains it's Spree-ness despite its engine swap.

It's a Spree. A modified spree perhaps, but the noun in is " Spree" , not "modified".
My bad, yes a modified Spree is a Spree. I didn't sit back and think it through when i replied

70mph with a malossi bore does not sound impossible.

70mph with a malossi in an 1/8mile race........I would have to call BS :bs:

I would like to see that time slip.

Spreemadness hit 58mph in the 1/8th mile with his spree....but it was not at top speed.
new best 1/8th mile time 9.647 seconds @67.155 mph 310lbs total weight

Yeah I've never raced 1/8th mile and never claimed that I hit 70 on the track

So did you guy race this weekend? what was your guys times? better/worse?

King - i dont know what track you racing at but i been there in charge of the mopeds going on its 4th year here in hilo. I know everyone that raced, even those 3 4 strokes that showed up and got destroyed LOL. thats was funny, father and his 2 sons came. talking all big like they were NHRA Stars , had the balls to even ask to race the fastest bike there, so i lined him up with the 72cc. i think the guy ran a 17. Needless to say they took 1 run and left
Want prove your self to everyone here, well heres your chance Races this weekend saturday we should have like 5 of us racing. come down with your moped, bring your friends too, more the merrier. Bracket race 5 bucks buy in winner take all LOL I even get one trophy to give away haha! if anything should be fun!

These rules also apply in a tranny bar. Change it all you want but it's still a dude.
