The place to discuss rides, accessories, or whatever is tangentially Spree/Elite-related

hoping for 65mph

I know most will laugh at the above statement but I will be adding a power source
 Extra power without taller gears will do nothing for top speed.

B-Nasty wrote:All stock gearing on the spree motor and not pushing it beyond a safe limit.....think outside the box
If gearing lets the spree go 32mph @ 8500rpm 65mph will need to rev to about 17000 rpm's

the title of the thread is rhetorical. you are supposed to guess. I'll play. does it involve plutonium or dilithium crystals? :jack:

If there was a simple way to make a spree do 65mph........one of us would have already figured it out.

I really wish there was a simple way to get speed from a spree......but there is not

Every once in a while some :newb: thinks he knows how to make the spree fast.

So excuse me if I am more than skeptical of your power adder, that triples the HP and doubles the top speed. :jack:

So fill your tires with helium, make a hair dryer turbo, drill holes in your exhaust, change your oil, strap on your jet pack and find a big hill, or whatever you think will help.

And when you fall short of your 65mph goal, I will show you how to do it for real.

Only thing I can think is towing it. If the motor was off, Would going that fast cause damage?
