Just bought this for $400, runs great. Completely original but will soon be in the modification process.

I only paid $400 dollars for it. That was the MSRP on it back in 1987  The original owner just put it out on the street and it was one of those "Right place at the right time" moments. I have already torn it all down, cleaned and inspected it. I am really enjoying it so far.

Quick question? - I wanna keep the original motor and start off with a 48MM Big Bore Kit, will I need to buy anything else besides the kit in this link ----> http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Spree-Eli ... 500wt_1054

I have done some research so far and I know that the Original Spree Motor doesn't have that many options so I will work with what they do have. I am so glad that this website is here! Thanks again for your input.

Very clean. Nothing I like better than a clean engine you could eat off of.

Nice bike. I have the Elite model with same carb. But be careful with it, or you might strip the fragile threads to bolt it on. Mine ended up being damaged but the newer carb I picked up bolted on with replaceable nuts.
