I would buy that pipe just to clone but the dollar is real weak right now and its not worth the mold fees. Hopefully the dollar gets strong soon.

I am going to look this weekend for a 44mm piston kit for you siggy. I also have the jets you will need.

$540 seems like alot of money to most people, but there are a select few enthusiest that spend lots of money on their scooters/minibikes.

An example would be the Z50's that siggy posted in the Gyro general thread. Some pipes are "over" $800 bux for those bikes. People pay it because they want the best for their little bikes, and don't want something that everyone is going to have.

Kudos to you siggy for going out there and doing it. You can be the first and maybe the only in the US to say, I have this pipe on my Gyro

I suggest you find someone to reproduce the pipe and you sell them and you make some money that you can put back into your Gyro!

You are doing a great service to those of us that would possibly one day like to do what you are doing to your gyro

You Rock!

We would need the OD of each weld on the expansion chamber, the length of each section, and the angle at each weld. Then we can start making our own copies and play with internals.

Like I said prior the dollar is really weak right now and not even worth cloning anything right now.

Maybe some confusion here. I'm thinking copy the pipe with USA shops/labor, not have it copied overseas with the exchange rate issues.

OMG that thing sounds nice. Great find siggy and I am glad you joined hondaspree.net club :2thumbs:

Me and my son have a race tomorrow. First day off in 10 days. On Sunday I will try to track down a 44mm piston.

Wow saw your vid looks good .
Question do you think I could borrow your pipe for a week or two ?
Just to try it out ?
I will even pay 1/2 the shipping ....
I guess I will have to make my own .
