Now it just needs new tires. The front brake cable is frozen. And the plastic peice that goes between your legs and over the battery. Also if anyone has an igniton switch for sale. For that matter any of the things ive listed please pm me for i would like to purchase these items.

The strange lock is a parking brake. Depress rear brake pedal and move lever to lock to engage. Move lever to OFF and depress pedal to release....totally unnescessary, and hardly worth spending very much to replace.
The carb doesn't LOOK like 26mm, since the OEM size is 18mm and you are still running a stock intake manifold...IDK
The parts that came off of my Aero I am not selling, but I suggest you get some kind of air filter on it since you're not in Hawaii. (they dont need them in the sweet kona air)
Great find with only 5K showing...I like the gold too, but my "Ruby" satisfies completely.
Spark plug recommended=NGK BPR6HS...gap=.024-.028
Tires size(OEM)=3.50X10 4 ply pressure front=21 psi. pressure rear 28 psi. (cold)
I have installed a pair of Vee Rubber size 100/90 X 10 and there is plenty of room.

This would be an opportune time to use the handyman's secret weapon. Seal the gap between the carb bell and the airbox so that filter will actually do you some good.

With stock components, my Aero 125 was topping at 60 mph, (not verified)
After installing 24mm Mikuni flat-slide and CT dio intake, the top is now at 65 mph (not verified)
My speedometer is very slow, so the only way I have tested so far is comparing to speedo of fellow rider. Not an accurate test, but close enough to say that the upgrade has increased top end by 5 mph. The more appealling aspect is HOW QUICKLY it gets there.... :thumbwink:

Honda limited the Aero 80 to about 42 to 45 mph max. The Aero 125 was limited to 55 to 60 mph. The small carbs used on each machine did the limiting.

thanks for the good replys. To whoever asked what it set me back........Three hundred and fifty...dollars. I have the airbox side cover. and an aftermarket air filter. it fits the carb so i dunno. I really need tires and a front brake cable. Love the red green refrences. THeres a little nub on the bottom of the carb thats preventing the intake from sitting right with the carb and i can feel air being sucked in. Would i be okay if i dremeled a tiny bit of the nub off the carb?

YES,...it's not only okay, but advised. MUST have complete seal between carb & intake for proper tuning. Too much air leaking into the cylinder will cause lean burn conditions resulting in serious damage.
