You are missing the benefits. Clearly, this is a high perfomance circle track racer. He removed the right turn signal lens to save unnecessary weight. Has sponsor graphics all over. The pipe is designed for quick pit stop tire changes.
$100 is a steal for such racing heritage.

He must've got the stickers for free as epoxy resin costs money (the stickers are probably the only thing holding it together!) If anyones got some half decent panels and a good expansion pipe instead of that combination leg warmer/kerb scraper a hundred bucks is not a bad cash outlay, even if it gets junked to save another elite
