Post by deuce217 »

I am buying one tomorrow and just want to make sure its not gonna be a fake paint job. I am driving about 5 hours for it. It looks clean he says its factory paint. 786 miles on the beautiful machine.. I will have pics upon my return.

Yep. Gloss Black or Monza Red for 2001.
We can learn much from wise words, and less from wise guys.

Shasta white and coral blue for the af05 sa50. The red had two different names, the yellow did too. The paint codes may be different or it may have been for marketing.

Thanks guys, I am glad somebody appreciates them. All my friends, especially my Army buddies think I have lost my mind... I tell them "you have not seen the half of it"...

I am gonna buy the JDM tail lights now, the blinkers make them look fat. lol

beautiful! that really is awesome to look at, especially since I know that they will be taken care of well :2thumbs:

People think I have lost my mind too when I am in full protective gear... and they ask me, "What kind of bike do you have?"
and I reply, "oh, I have a moped."
I just smile.

thumbs up on the JDM tail lights  I really think that (with the JDM tail lights) is how they were 'supposed' to look when they were conceived in design; not the fat ugly blinkers that the DOT forced them to put on for the U.S. market. but that's my opinon :thumbwink:

Nice collection. If you're collecting you might as well try to get some JDM dios with disc brakes.
