lol I dont see how it is ready to ride without a fan or cooling shroud but hey some people have no clue I sent the link to this chick I know in clarksville who has been trying to get me to find her a scooter for a year or 2 she said she is gonna try to see if they will just give it to her hahahhaha sorry Tru72 if I had the funds to go get it I would have already been all over it maybe ole girl will get it then blow it up running it without a fan etc then bring it to me, my luck is like that

Yea I know Bear, the girl I know in Clarksville got it, she sent me a message saying she picks it up Sunday I told her the PO lied saying it was ride ready and that she needs to get a fan and a cooling shroud on the muffler side before she rides it. I am sure at some point she will bring it to me either to fix or have
