As long as you use good quality after market rims you can enduro your honda too. Only problem is you don't want to ride down the side of a mountain on a scooter with knobbies. Plentiful pain is ensured if you have to stop fast. I have a set of knobbies I'm going to use on an elite/dirt bike for the enduro events this year. I keep seeing everyone with tiny mini bikes so I'll be cruising between sets in style compared to them.
I love seeing Oregon mountains and when I come out I'm hitting them first for sure. Such a beautiful country we live in. I envy you guys, I'm stuck in st louis right now with lots of humidity and no mountains.

Braver man than I. I just can't get over how ugly zumas are. Both of mine were stolen and I'm only sad because I was going to give them to my nephews. I love the jogs look.
Soon you'll have a super dio to compare to your zumas.

You won't be happy with a crf250. Kawasaki if you're going enduro. Get a super Sherpa kl250. The absolute best 250 ac enduro out there, for the price. I have a ktm Baja 990 that is by far and wide the best enduro but the sherpa will get you anywhere faster and more fun. I only say no to the crf because they're weak compared to the yamaha and kaws. Yamaha came back out with the ttr enduro also this last year. I'm tall and over 200 lbs and the crf was not happy to do what my sherpa does. Even a klr250 is better than the crf in my opinion.
Also word of advice, the crf250 and cbr250 engine is made in china.
