stage6 EGT?

Is any one running a stage6 EGT on their scooter ?
They seem to be priced really cheap compared to others I've seen.

i bought one after riding 1mans elite that had it. they are super spot on. mines still in the box lol im slackin

How does this work as a tuning tool compared to monitoring cylinder head temp? Is it something that is useful after carb tuning? Or just kinda for show after that?

An egt is faster at giving you your real temps than a cht. But you have to know your baseline egt for every cylinder and pipe combo.

Basically it's for people who understand how a 2t engine works. Otherwise it's just dash jewelery

Lol I get that, I just meant is that something to monitor that can change during different conditions where something could normally be tuned and operating correctly, but say its being pushed too hard, it could cause an issue?
