No title?

Was looking at a scooter that has no title and i was wondering how hard it is to get a title, its an aero 50.

I live in kansas if that helps any.

some states do require titles for scooters. check with your local police department and ask if a title is required. most scooters only require a registration.

illinois does require a title and i bought my elite in michigan which doesn't and all the dmv here needed to get me a title was a hand written bill of sale with the vin and the seller signature. i know it varies from state to state but i had no problems
