I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

just so you know, there already is a killing spree, a really really old member has it even painted to the bike, he has had it since before 2000.

A reliable, running, impossible to kill if you know what the * your doing with the socket set, joke. Acceleration is * without some work. and top speed isnt the best, but with a dremel, a hand drill and an afternoon it will run decently.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

You pull off the intake and smooth out the transistion from a circle to a square (the stock milling is horrible and flows badly). Getting the intake off is the hard part its held on to the block with two bolts under the fan shroud, you have to unbolt all the engine plastics and remove the shock to get enough clearance and not get dirt in the engine.

i should be grind it into a square???
i am a little confused about the intake
you mean where the airfilter tube goes down and clamps on to the carb?
i have no idea
