Clicker for the turn signals?

Post by Scooterspal »

The turn signal has no audible sound to it and I'd like to add one. I can wire up a simple buzzer from Radio Shack but some type of clicker would be ideal.

Was there a kit for this or a third party source someone can recommend?

Thanks

I had a blinker relay go out. I bought an aftermarket car blinker relay from NAPA for about $3 bucks. The clicking is loud. I would try that first.

The old VW bug flashers were loud as *, you could try that.

I now know why I cannot hear the flasher even though it is clicking. The darn thing is in the back under the seat... near the motor or all places.

Well, I'd probably here it there. Makes sense to be up front. I can probably wire up something to do the trick. Just a small beeper across the indicator lamp on the panel should work.
