Barn Find - Woo Hoo!

Post by GIJoeBob »

At work last week I was talking about selling a scooter when a coworker asked if I was into scooters, etc. He then told me that he had two scooters I could have but I would have to take another bike with the two scooters.

Here is what I found-

They were running when they were put up 10 years ago.

The other bike is a Kawasaki KZ1000 police bike. I gave it to my father-in-law.

You are very lucky indeed my friend! I'll bet both of those bikes are prestine underneath that dirt! Both bikes look 100% complete! I've seen a few Honda mini trails in my area that go for around 1G and the express for like around 5 hundo. If they were given to you, I would just keep them in my collection. Those bikes are like money in the bank! The longer you hold on to them the more they are worth!

Congrats on the barn find! Wish there where more barns in Cali

D-A-M-N Work computer blocking Photobucket! Cool find though, I work with farmers and ranchers for a living, I am always scouring side yards and barns for treasures... No good finds in a few years though.

Personally I would have kept the Kz1000, that bike set records, it was the busa of its day.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
