Thanks for the help though, but I did a red neck job on it, and see how it work's tomorrow. Once my mom come's back from vacation, I'll ask her to ask her welding friend to see if she can help.

One problem though. Since a bolt is missing, there's more air flow, so it make's it a little slower. I use to be able to go 60km +

Have the stud removed or the threads re-drilled and tapped by someone who''s got a lot of experience with this stuff, AND the correct workshop tools. Do not try this at home, or you may make it so the cylinder is unrecoverable. Ride the Schwinn until the scooter's fixed correctly. It's better for your Cardiovascular system anyway.

Ok I might look into it. The scooter is going to be parked in the garage for a while though, until I can find somebody who can help me
