I speak French also, and I live in Canada. I bought the same exact scooter for $450, what a rip off. It was sooooo dirty, i had to clean everything, and it seemed like they've been in 20 accidents. I should of did research before buying it. But i love it. I'd pay $200-$250, but $300 max. There's a little glove box with this scooter, but not one of thoses with a key. Work's not bad. It's a nice scooter. If you need a red seat cover, PM me, I got one for sale. I'm putting on a brand spanking new black one
