both...cops, around here at least, dont even look twice. i rode a wheelie past two cops in a parking lot once, my buddy caught up and was amazed that i didnt get busted. i didnt even see them! if you do get stopped, just say you bought it last weekend at a garage sale. most cops have better things to do than busting scooter riders. i guess you could get a hero cop to f your game up....CA registration is so f-in expensive now, cost me over 100$ to register an aero i sold a while back....

Same here.
Would be nice to ride legally,
but I'm not looking to spend more on registration/plates/random fees than I did on the moped itself.
