I would be willing to pay the full asking price for it, but you can always make a lower offer like $325 and work your way up. I don't know if the Jog is better, but definitely faster. I've got 6 Hondas, from Spree to SR50, and though I'm more experienced with them, I'll have to say the Jog will outrun anything I've got in the 49's. I bought one over the winter buries the needle. So son in law took it out with GPS and clocked 48 mph before backing off. Not sure of its top speed, but faster than I want for a small bike.
