Dont need jets, the carb is adjustable and if the carb cnt correct it, its your airbox clogged up. Do a plug chop.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

The air cleaner is clean. It was in the pile of parts so I cleaned it before installing. The carb needle was in the center groove so I put it in the top leaning it out a little bit. The top speed went from 30 KPH to 33 KPH. At the top end it breaks into the four stroke burbling. It's better so I figure I'm going the right direction. If I give it a little brake adding some load it smooths out. The spark plug was so caked with deposits that I'm amazed that it ran at all. I beat most of them off but I'll bead blast it in the morning so I can get a good plug reading. There wasn't any carbon so the mixture really isn't far off.

Where is a good place to get jets?

Still looking for a fan shroud and fan if someone has one for sale.
