Talked to him at about 4pm and he had a good excuse. Problem is Next weekend im going to be over 500 miles away in the middle of no where and the weekend after that is the Kalamazoo moped rally.

So i guess, these bikes will go be going 3 weeks from now.

Last year me and a few "scooter friends" hit up the Kalamazoo moped rally.

it was like, awkward as *, yet at the same time epic.

Do to lack of money i had to miss the elkhart rally. but i should be up at the kalamazoo one at least one or two days.

haha $4 a gallon isnt bad when the tank on the elite e is only .8 gallons or so! it cost me a dollar and change to fill it up the other week!

2 weird guys showed up in a pickup today. It was a small black ford ranger. The 2 guys jumped out of the truck, and started unloading a few things. At first, a small pile of parts, then a frame.
A back pack hit the ground and within seconds these guys reached in, grabbed a hand full of tools, and right before my eyes a bike appeared.

The two other bikes in this topic are now gone. But this new bike i got runs so awesome i dont even care.

Tomorrow morning i got to rig up a tail light and a kill switch. Then get everything packed up and take off for kalamazoo.

I've already got my plate full with my new adventure in Elites, but the mopeds do look interesting. I"ve got buddy from another forum, not scoots, that is into the mopeds.

Whadda ya think? Can a guy do 'lites and mopeds at the same time? Will my brain fry?

While, mopeds are slow. but they are soooooo cool.

If your looking for speed then stick with your elite. If you are wanting just another bike to toy around with. Moped time!

One of the things i love about mopeds is, you can take d*** near any moped. and swap out everything. Make it look like an entirely new bike. On an elite, you can mod the motor all up. but its still going to look like an elite. Overall, i have to say that elites are better then any moped. I really dont know why im getting into them so much, its just that...

Mopeds are just addicting.

i went to one rally, came home and now i cant stop buying them. I just got back from my second rally and im more hooked then ever. Getting out and riding with a group of mopeds is something that will change your life.

I lucked out with the Elites and SHE is hooked. She may not take to me starting another project.
