new pics... and yes i know the directionality on the front tire is backwards... once i got the 90/90 on there it was not going to come off for a while.
Image
amazingly enough i got no rub on the front fender from the 90/90 tire, it does however sit on both wheels while on the center stand now.

Bump 'n' Grind

Post by Wheelman-111 »

Greetings:

It will kiss the fender at full dive if you hit a bump on the brakes. I used furniture caster wheels JB Welded onto the centerstand to raise the tires off the pavement. You need 2" ones. I used 1.5"s

jesse1234 what type of helmet is that, where'd you get it and what did it cost? I like that look and might buy one in that style when I decide to upgrade my helmet. Also that paint looks sweet, is it shimmery?

I actually got it off eBay. It's a snow mobile helmet technically, but it's still DOT certified. search something like "ski doo helmet" and you'll find em

and ya the paint does have a nice little sparkle to it

Is that in the process of being put together, or is that the final look CHEVY-212010?

I think it looks great as-is, very rat rod-ish
