Airsal 46mm aluminum nikasil for afo5e (variated). Only one I can find besides the malossi. Couple more pics of the case.

I guess the malossi is 47mm and has 47.8mm oversized pistons available, that might get it to 70+cc if you could bore the cylinder to match haha.
