haha these are parts I ordered before! I looked at a new apartment yesterday. I think everything is going to work out just fine.

oh snap, toboggan comin through with the goods. the rest of my parts came in today.

this OKO carb packaging is pretty funny. it looks like it should be on engrish.com. let's see, "DELICATE MOTORCYCLE ENGINE" haha... "Hi-TECH NEW PRODUCT" wow!

Another IL person woo! Yeah I'm getting pretty amped about this. Good things come to those who wait.... next summer the streets of Chicago aren't going to know what hit it after I roll this out haha.

cleaned up the engine a little more tonight, put some fresh electrical tape on the harness from the stator and tapped in the new oil plug

one may ask, ben, why do you have most of your engine covered in blue tape? a) I'm going to be shipping it to traffic sooner or later here b) I don't want spiders nesting in any of the crevices

You need to put washer and bolt in to retain the plug or it will come out.

This thing isn't going anywhere. Trust me. I had to pound this in with a hammer. I actually PM'd toboggan at first and was like 'hey dude this plug is too big/doesnt fit'

It's a super delux edition plug , not the big money plug traffic fabbed up :smile:

wow, so first time checkin in on this post ben! Everything looks GREAT! and thank you very much for the very kind words too!! Hope everything turns out great! I know i love my scoot and the speed it has!
But now, im onto bigger and faster things! trying to buy a 95 honda civic and do a 'b' engine swap into it, DOHC Vtech is my dream! lol

As a follow modder to another, just please don't do any of the following:

1) Body kit
2) Wing
3) Decals
4) Clear tails
5) Neons

keep it tasteful and clean. more is less theory...
