got this Zuma pipe off ebay some time ago and decided to fit it to my Aero.
i'd already robbed the silencer off it for my CR85 and had a Pro Circuit silencer from another bike.as soon as it warms up i'll do some speed tuning.

Greetings:
Flat-out wonderful paint scheme, Mooks!
A gal in Yellarosa has her Specialized road bike painted up similarly. Turns a lot of heads. And she doesn't even have the matching saddle!
Dunno 'bout that forward-facing stinger muffler outlet, though...
Maybe put a little curli-cue tail on the muffler? No, wait! That's for a pig, not a cow...

Mookie:
I bet that the pipe is going to be too long for best performance. I imagine that you have thought about that. It sure is pretty.

i was just thinking that the header pipe looked a little long, and it would risk less possibility of ground contact if pulled up a little. however, it may end up being perfect. with our aeros there arent many pipes available and seem to vary little in design from a stock style, there arent really any that have a chamber and silencer like this.
let us know how it works out.

If he is using the stock 50cc bore the lowend will go away and the power won't come in to about 15-20mph and then it will come on hard.the leo's are made for a 50-70cc bore on the zumas.run a 2k clutch shoe springs and light rollers up front.
