What do you use your Scooter for?

The place to discuss rides, accessories, or whatever is tangentially Spree/Elite-related

T-Jamz doesn't have anything scooter listed on his shop sign. You know like "Custom Audio, Video, Security, Scooter Tweaker..."

1. Pit bike.
2. Grocery getter.
3. RV/camping runaround vehicle.
4. Beach House Transport.
5. Joy rides around the house with my daughter.
6. One time I had to drag 100s of laurel branches ~200yds to the burn pile. I could drag 10 or so by hand, or 3 at a time with the spree.
7. Commuting- I rode it to work one time, but probably won't do it again. I had to Fred Flintstone up some of the hills.

I'm amazed at how many times I'm able to utilize the Spree. I have 4 other motorcycles, and I ride the spree the most by far.

[quote="gfisher99"]Just wondering what people actually use their scooters for...

/quote]

Things I'd LIKE to use mine for:

1. Commuting to work. (Not feasible; it's 21.8 miles of nasty/freeway and nastier cage-pilots.

2. Commuting FROM work. {See above}.

3. Commuting to BART (BayArea-ese for hi-speed train). Also not feasible; too many single lane hills frequented by texting-addicted skin-units attempting to control SUVs. :surprise:

Things I DO use mine for:

1. Buzzing up to shopping center for healthful products like rolling tobaccy and vodka.

2. Providing skill enhancement avoiding tail-gating cholos in hopped-up '85 Celicas.

3. As a means for breathing exhaust-tainted air while enjoying Cali sunshine.

And some other things I haven't thought of yet.
