Back in the day when the Spree was used as a pit bike I had a couple of 95 mpg tank fulls. Normal was between 70 and 80 mpg.

Do you mean like how many miles like "10,000 miles" or MPG?

My 86 has 6600 all original miles and still runs good. I've head on here of people putting 9000 or more on them if you maintain them well.

Yeah... I'm talking mileage as in "odometer". I'm getting close to 8,000 and wondering if that is high for a Spree.

:imo: Yes, that is high because most people don't bother to keep these running that long or get tired and buy something with a variator.
Rolled an odometer over before, so 10k plus a few hundred before sold and still running.

My Spree has spent a pampered life. Only 3500 on the clock.

Wow! 48,000 kilometers. I hope to get that out of my Spree.
Is there anything special I should be doing to mine since it has "higher mileage"?
