The place to discuss rides, accessories, or whatever is tangentially Spree/Elite-related

In defense of daywot, I've bought from him and not had any problems. In fact, he has been most helpful with followup.

Can't say that I've had any problems with anybody in this forum on purchase or sell. Haven't tried a trade, but expect fairness. I do anticipate a fellow not being able to get to the post office, if he has an 8-5 job, and don't expect Express Mail. Having said all that, don't try to take advantage of me. I CAN become that godless killing machine.

10 days is way too long... they should do something to make that right. Maybe a partial refund or throw in something extra with the order as a good faith gesture?

I want to really. Just don't want hate and drama. Not calling out everyone in this state but, be cautious of someone who lives in Illinois :)

I treat others like I'd expect to be treated. Sometimes it's hard to meet my standards, but 10 days is out of line. Most of my buying experiences are good too. It's a bit of a leap of faith.

Once upon a time, in the land of Ona Lee, 10 days was nuthin'. Lots of vendors said allow 6 weeks, and some still do. But even Monkey Ward and Sears and Rawbuck could beat 10 days. We have become spoiled to quick online purchases and vendors who ship next business day. But if you've purchased from an individual, there may be complications. I bought from one fellow who went into hospital with major surgery while my check was in the mail. No guarantee with personal checks or money order, and he couldn't answer for a few days. Good thing he didn't die on the operating table.

Don't get your drawers in a crack until you know what happened. There might be an explanation. I trust that's the reason you're not giving us his name just yet.

I am in constant communication with people I sell to. I try and ship on the next day, but sometimes it has to be Saturday. Last week I had an eBay auction end on saturday, the guy paid right away, and I shipped 1/2 hour later.
So, I know this isn't about me. :D That and I haven't sold anything on the forums in 9 months.
