Snap-on also produced one of these, probably the same company that made that one. But the Snap-On one was $4000 through of course the guy on the truck. But it is street legal... It is also a 150cc Honda clone motor.

Believe it or not, That mini chopper was registered as a moped and was 100% street legal.
There are very tiny brake/run LED's in the frame.
Moped laws are VERY relaxed in Michigan.

I told her, she can ride a moped, when she can sit on the seat and put both feet flat on the ground.
So, of course, now she thinks she is ready to ride to mini chopper.
I remember telling the youngest daughter that same thing. At a race, one of the guy had a pocket bike and she was flat footed on it and demanded that she should ride it. He mother really took me to the cleaners over it when she found out the bike owner and I let her ride it. I thought keeping my word to the kid was more important than any injuries she could possibly get crashing, which she didn't.

So put a limiter on the throttle and let her ride it. At her age is when you either earn your child's trust, or they end up not telling you anything later on because they don't trust you.

no way that thing does 65 though! i got the same 110cc engine in my CT70, and even with the tallest sprockets i can use while still having power, it loses it's steam and can't push past 55.
Seemed pretty fast whe I rode it, but I had no speedo.
I was told it was a 4 speed trans. I only got to 3rd gear, and it was going too fast for me.
Somthing about my * being less than a foot off the ground, may make it seem faster than it is.

They were really big here until the cops started impounding them. Even with the lights and stuff, they cited something about visable height and that the rider was too low to the ground so it was a danger to other motorists. I say it is all
