just put the 48mm bbk in i took head to machine shop and i ran about half a tank at 1/2 throttle i noticed alot of vibration from motor and how can you tell if piston is hitting head

no you just have a giant vibrator now.... i built one too and its just a buzzy machine its more rotating mass now!

You can tell if you piston is hitting the head turning it over by hand........But trust me, if it is running, the piston is NOT hitting the head.

48mm big bores for the spree vibrate alot.
Maybe get thicker foam for your seat
