Rim and Brake line question?

I'm planning on putting my buddies SA50 rim and brake on my 86 Aero 50 for better stopping power....

Is the brake line for the SA50 the correct length or would something else work better on my Aero?

Or can I use my existing cable?

He hasn't sent me the rim yet so IÔÇÖm just inquiring ahead of time.

I measured a 2000 Elite SA50 front cable, it's at this link - check out the ferrule end dia too, Honda changes the dia on various models. If you want to help out - measure your Aero 50 cable, we need more models in our table
