You need to either buy an oversized piston and rings and have your cylinder bored to the new piston's size, or buy a Big Bore Kit from Tazland001 here on the forum. If it was me I'd go with a 44 mm BBK, but there is a 48 mm BBK available. He may well have just a standard oversized piston too but you will have to ask hm.

You have learned a valuble lesson here "NEVER ever loan your scooter to anyone!" Especially if it needs anything done service wise before it is ridden.

Clean the carb and just ride it.

The scooter won't start because it has no compression from lack of oil, so how the * is he suppose to ride it when it won't start and isn't a carb issue?

I have one sitting in my shop that went thru almost the exact same thing...

You're done... Listen to the Bear

Now may be the time to do that Dio swap, or rebuild.

Im going to go with a BBK & new gears myself.

i was looking around on here and saw a lot of things about the dio swap. im not to familiar with that but i think i could figure it out if i decide to get a whole new engine but what would be more worth it the swap or just rebuilding the engine??

piston/rings/cylinder are all probably junk and need to be replaced, whether thats back to stock, or oversize is up to you

If you are gonna order off flea-bay and you are ordering from chopchop*123, then don't. Contact Tazland001 here on the forum for a discount on that kit, since it is the same guy.
