I am going to look at this tomorrow morning. Owner says that it has lost compression. Up to now I have only thought about the spree. Can anyone tell me about this one? Seems like a good deal. Front fender is cracked but otherwise all plastics are in tact. Seems like it might be a good winter project.

Is it easy to get parts for the Aero 80 motor? Upgrades? Would imagine if it has low compression, i would have to do rings at the least, or a whole top end rebuild. Does Taz have a kit for this? He also said that the door for the tool compartment was missing. Is that like the dreaded petcock cover on the spree? hard to find?

Its a 50 not an 80 has the variated AFO5E Engine. Parts are pretty easy to find. VT sells a BBK for it or malossi or even a used OEM bore and piston. (I have an extra)

Not too hard to find. Maybe hard in white but the other colors no problem.

Taz does not offer a bore kit for the nh80 but for this 86/87 nh50, he offers a 44mm BBK.

Well, it is not an 80 because the kick starter is facing aft. On the 80 in is forward,
