Oh yeah, right the Camaro is out selling the Mustang, only in a Chevy moron's dreams. Besides that, the Camaro looks like a frickin' Dodge Magnum. They are both government motor after the bobo bail out.

Hey, I raced Fords for years and won, but the Camaro is just a retread of the Dodge Magnum and will never be a top seller. And it sure as * is nothing compared to a 1968 Z28. So bragging about it is just fantasy, not reality.

Oh, I agree 100%. The new cars are crap for anyone that wants to work on them. And they have no class.

Greetings:

I dunno, dawgs. The 60s and 70s have fond Nostalgic memories for me too, but "good" cars? If you call rusting horribly within 2-3 years, bias-ply tires, drum brakes and 15MPH good, I guess...

The new cars go, stop, handle and are safer in a crash. They're better in every way but one: Weight. d***, a 4000-pound "Ponycar"?!

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

They rusted because the road departments used salt mixed with the sand when sanding the roads. On my side of the mountains, they didn't do that. So rust here was never that big an issue.

For a hot rodder like yourself to think a car you CAN NOT mod (at least not without spending thousands of dollars) is better seems rather inconsistant with your modding of scooters. I also do NOT like the government telling me what I can and can not do with my personal property.

OK... I have to step in and side with Bear on this one. I'm a Ford guy all the way, * up part is I've owned and built more Camaros and Firebirds than I can count... But I've never owned a Mustang.

Here's my last Trans Am I built, it dont look all that great in the pictures, had rust but it was untouchable. Had a 383 stroker, Holley aluminum intake with a 700cfm dual feed 4 barrel carb, power steering delete, had a 400 turbo trans with a 2300 stall converter and a B&M ratchet shifter(which later got switched out for a T56 6 speed), I had all the goodies on it. Accel wires, coil, cap, rotor, aftermarket distributor, I never kept pictures of the mods cause I didn't have it long. It was kicking somewhere around 400 horsepower at the back wheels and passed everything but the gas station LMAO

And this truck made me more money than I've spent on every car I've ever owned. all I had to do when I bought it was clean the EGR valve and Idle Air Control valve and put a tune up on it.

And everyone thought I was full of it when I said V8 engines are capable of 20+mpg... This got 22 city and 28 highway, no freakin' joke! It was a fuel injected 302 2 wheel drive.
