best oil made

Post by kylebo »

I run Penzoil Air Cooled Engine Oil. I ran this oil in all my MX bikes, and 4weelers, all my scooters, and my ultralight airplanes. Is anyone else running this amazing oil? It never builds up carbon will not gum up slide-valves in mx bikes like the high end synthetic will. It takes heat and abuse like no other oil Highly recomended for liquid cooled and air cooled bikes. I run at 32:1 in everything! and its only $1.50 per 8oz bottle check out the engine test

DING-DING!! (boxing round bell)

-i will throw the first punch; "ROUND 1.... FIGHT!!"

KLOTZ R50 Techniplate all the way!! Synthetic with castor oil... I've had the best luck w'Klotz over using many other oils- No gumming in powervalve apps, minimal carbon deposits after a ton of hard riding, stays suspended in oil even after sitting for long periods, and veteran 2 stroke guys report zero engine failure when using it when jetting is correct. Klotz R50 is superior in every aspect; even the smell!!

Thanks for posting and the link; interesting stuff... that Pennzoil has a great price!! That's something Klotz does not really have... Its price is comparable to any other premium oil.

"ROUND 2.... FIGHT!"

I started running this:
Image
http://www.amazon.com/Stroke-Oil-Ipone- ... B003ZFVY5M

it's strawberry scented, and I think I'm going to hate it this summer. I got it during a rally sale, mostly because the Vespa guy ahead of me in line ran over to the display and grabbed 5-6 bottles and then lauded over the price and how cheap it was. I was tired and amused, so I bought 2 bottles.
It smells like bad car air freshener. I will pity those behind me until it runs out.

That would go great with your E. The smell isn't bad, just different. One of the tech's uses that and he gets more crap about it than anything else.

I've used Klotz for years and loved it but not everyone behind me did. I run Amsoil most of the time and never had a complaint about the smell. The cylinders always look great when I pull them off.

NEVER run oil company oil (Shell, Penzoil, etc). Their reputation stinks when it comes to quality produces. The best oils to run are from major engine manufactures (Honda, Kawasaki, Yamahahahah, etc. Why? they build engines and will guarantee them using their oil, so you know it is gonna work. The only others to trust are long time known hi-performance oil producers who have been around awhile. Klontz, Royal Purple, etc. I am not a fan of Amsoil in two strokes. I had a racing bubby who had their sponsorship and went thru $40,000 in engines before figuring out for racing you have to run the stuff at 32 to 1 or you blow up engines at their recommended ratios.

NO! This stuff is a TCW rated oil and is meant for Two Cycle Water cooled engines and is not designed for Air Cooled engines. Read the frickin' label!

NO! This stuff is a TCW rated oil and is meant for Two Cycle Water cooled engines. (last post)

The stuff Im talking about is not TCW3 at all It is API and Is also recommended in liquid cooled not water cooled I would never run TCW3 anything unless in a boat or jetski. Take a jetski engine out and make a closed loop cooling system now you need a air cooled oil.

I burn so much two stroke gas I file off road tax credits. 200 gallons A year in two stroke engines all of them running 50 and 32:1 penzoil. I strongly believe if your looking for a great cheep oil this is the stuff, works in oil injection, pre mix, air, and liquid cooled engines. Not water cooled

Castor 927 I just tore down my race stroker 125cc and it looked great for having 5 races and 4 practice days on it which is around 500 miles, maybe even more of very hard riding. Low carbon build up and a couple smooth wear lines on the bore and still some cross hatching on the bore. I even ran it so lean that the plug was very light tan with a off white smoke ring on the plug.(393 deg cht) on a cast iron bore. For stock bikes use the belray si-7
Nothing like getting stroked!
