just wondering if you could cut the case on the white line. im probably going to be taking the kickstart out.

yes but i wouldn't keep the cover on. i would keep it off.

i wish i had an 84/85 cover. i hate the kickstart. it's too finicky for me. it works for 2 months then it doesnt for 7 months.

if its to vent it,why not make a design on the cover and cut it out with a dremel. here is what I did to mine

You can get away with no turn signals in michigan..........but they are nice to have.

Well don't believe it, cause it never happened. His spree has no turn signals. None. Front nor rear. the brake light is spray-tinted, but the turn signals are notably non-existent.
