Well on a spree the compression for a running engine is 90 min and around 120 max for a stock application. Test one for yourself and see. Trust me I am right on this one.

Bear said 114 minimum.

Actually even at 90 PSI the engine will still run, just a little slower on the top end. It won't even start once you get below 70 PSI.

Do you actually have gas in the carb? If you do is it getting thru the carb into the intake system? Spark? Does it just arc the plug gap or will it jump a 1/2" gap. Jumping a .030" plug gap is easy but will not run an engine.

Just because you think the carb is clean means nothing (* pretty on the outside means nothing). If the idle circuit and the fuel feed to the bystarter are plugged (both extremely small passages that normal clean will never clear), you engine will never start. Have you tried manual choking or manually priming to start? If that works you have a plugged idle and probably a plugged bystarter circuit.

I did had problem to start mine also, first time was the carb (I thought it was clean, but was NOT), second time was the air filter box (the air box just doesn't close all the way), the Honda is very sensitive.
Clean the carb and check the air filter.
I don't mod my scooters to go Fast, just want to keep it running!

i dont have a air filter but i stuck a peice of foam were the air filter should be in the air filter box and i feel like that would be good enough to start... i also took the carb completely apart and the float, the bowl, and all the jets seemed pretty clean (i then put it together correctly again)
