From my limited (secondhand) experience with one, I noticed they like light weights, so don't be afraid to go down on the weights even if it seems wierd.

As far as shipping, you don't know how many times it works the opposite way, sellers telling me "UPS/Fedex only" even though I point out the obvious price difference. If they'd rather lose a sale than go out of their way to the post office, then so be it.

Tru72 was saying to use 6/7 gram weights so I will start there, the lady at scooter alley was saying "It's a Hawaii hazmat thing" thats why they only ship fed ex, but I'll be damned if I am going to pay $85 for shipping!

yeah thats way to much for shipping. usps parcel post even thought it takes about 10-15days is worth the $14 shipping.

get those odd weight sizes like 6.2g 6.7g as an example. your going to need to to fine tune with that pipe. if your under or over 1.5g, thats alot and will make a difference.

That is indeed fine tuning, I do have a couple sets of the Malossi weights that are the weird increments.

Is this pipe very tough to tune? thats the feeling I'm getting.

it can be but. once you have modded to the extent you have, to get it to run really good, you need to be fine tunning everything anyways as the motor becomes more sensitive to changes plus the power band get more narrow as you add more power adder parts on for peak power. to find that power band and to say within that power band is the key.keep in mind that the engine and trans work together so any changes will effect somewhere else. more so in the trans area.

yeah it will. get more other odd weights, your going to need it. if you have different stiffness rear center springs, setup your trans with those to see which one suits your riding habbit. not all setups are for everyone.

Definitely will get some more weights, Should I start with with the stock clutch and just change out the center spring? One change at a time
