This is how it's done my children.
this is how it's done, 6.5 hp motor bolted to the floor board with some welded on pulleys, the coolest/lamest deathtrap ever.
i ride so fast that my scooter flies into the sky and i rain chocolate on the little children.
Re: This is how it's done my children.

I don't mod my scooters to go Fast, just want to keep it running!

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

Belt guard+++
Looks like the OEM engine still has it's intake and carb. Are you running the injection pump to oil the case bearings?
If the piston/cyl is intact, a check valve in place of the spark plug and plumbing would make a low output/low pressure compressor. Maybe enough to drive an air brush and paint itself - or run a set of air horns.

Quoth The Mouse:
At 9:1 compression ratio, you'd have something like 135PSI. It could keep its own tires inflated too!
You do make a good point about keeping the bearings lubed, but I guess one could lose the connecting rod and piston altogether and just squirt some oil down the plug hole once in a while.

I hope this was meant to be a joke.
There is no way this piece of $hit runs or moves.
The front pulley is a clutch mounted backwards with no nut to hold it in place.
The clutch pucks are just flinging around all over the place, with no bell to keep them from flying off.
