They look great together .

So i was riding my spree a little while ago and i can only get it to top out at almost thirty. Is there an easy way to raise this speed or? Im thinking the carbs might be a little dirty, but i do not have the go ahead to tear it up since it does run fairly well.

If it runs and starts ok then leave the carb alone
