Until very recently I had this very bad habit of standing up on my spree when going over bumps. I stopped doing so when my spark plug cap came undone after one of my standups. So, maybe it can be worth your while to check the spark plug connection, if you haven't already done so.
Peace.

Thanks guys.whats weird is as long as you have the throttle pinned its fine but if your just cruisin and hit bumps it stalls out.sorry I didnt mention that earlier. It has a new filter and plug and plug connection is good.when it starts stallin you can start workin the throttle and it will take off again??

Does it shut off like the key is turned off or does it sputter then die.

The sputtering points to a fuel issue rather than an ignition problem.

That's what I was thinkin to.is there anything in tank could cause that?

I doubt it is the tank or petcock. Something to do with the carb. Maybe float level or a loose carb.

Carb not loose.how can you change the float level?

First you need to determine what the float level is before trying to fix it. Put a clear line and the bowl drain. Now start the scooter and leave it running. Now route the hose so it runs up above the carb (do not kink the hose). Open the drain screw until fuel shows up in the hose. Whatever level the fuel rises to in the hose is your float level. Mark it on the bowl or carb body. If the level is close to or above the the bowl carb interface, your level is too high. Then you replace the float and needle.
