Greetings:

The '01 Elite rims are 1.85" wide. Sprees are 1.5 IIRC. More importantly, the Spree brake drum diameter is considerably smaller, so the rims are very different.

Can I swap a front rim and brake hub from a elite SR to a spree without changing the complete fork setup

Will a elite rim with a 350 tire fit on the back of a spree with no rubbing or any other issue?

Yes, the elite (sb50) rims are the same as the spree rims. Yes, a 3.5x10 tube type tire can be mounted on any of the elite rims. Will an elite rim and a 3.5 tire fit on a stock spree with no issues? No, there isn't enough room for the 3.5x10 tire to fit no matter what rim you have it on.

FYI, there are several Honda Elite scoots, like sa50 (with the variated af05 and the af16), sb50, se50, then 80-250cc
When you are looking at rims, be specific.

EliteGuy is right,

There is one particular Elite model SB50 that uses basically the same motor as the Spree. That means the rear rim fits the Spree.

Every other Elite rims will not fit the Spree.

As for the tire, how about you try it out for yourself and see if the 3.50 tire fits :naughty:

Why try it out my self when I can utilize the forum and use it for what its for and see if anyone has tried this without wasting time and money on something that might possibly not work.....

Greetings:

The 3.50 tire is troublesome on the SA 05 and SA 16 blocks in any case. Lots of crankcase carving is necessary just to mount the wheel, but even more as speeds climb and the tire "stretches" centrifugally.
There's even more trouble fitting an Aero or Elite 50 block to a Spree, as fender clearance, stand clearance (if so equipped) must be considered.
The 3.50 just isn't worth the trouble, if you ax me.
Both the 3.50 and 90/90 shape better on Metropolitan 2.15" Tubeless rims. I would advise the same-width, shorter height 90/90 for either Variated block.
The biggest tire that fits a stock Spree or SB50 Elite "E" block and frame is 2.75.
