hi i just bought a 1988 honda elite e at a garage sale for 25.00 i want to get it going. there are a few issues battere . gas and minor light issues . but has only 1100 miles and has just been sitting for a while . any body know if there is a service ma. online i cant seem to figure out how to get the plastic off to change the head light.

FYI, the headlight and dash lights only work when the motor is running, not off the battery.
