That flower is made out of Daikon radish. I learned this from working in the hotels when I was younger. I bugged the living crap out of the chinese pantry workers until they taught me. lol. I also learned to carve ice.

Nice work Taz, you need to put a plasma torch in your hand and make some stainless steel paterns for me to weld up to make the ultimate tuned pipe. But for real nice work man.
