Spree to Eve Smile conversion: What's needed?

Mainly looking to convert the rear section of an 87 Spree to the Eve Smile. Can someone who has done this conversion please chime in on what's needed?

panels and tail assembly should be bolt on and cut out where the petcock is so you can use the petcock cover since the Eve smile had a on/off fuel lever

you will need a gastank, rear panels and jdm tail with round lights only.

the problem is fuel valve on the jdm panel wont cover well. need to make small metal tube to bend and shape it and a fuel mechanical valve.

as you see the usa petcock cover. had a hump shape.. jdm panel dont have hump shape.

gavitiy feed to carb is no problem. I didnt have shut off fuel petcock.

as long the carb shut the fuel off then no problem on engine off.

I had to remove fuel inlet filter tank get small metal tube shape, and jb weld. to hold the tube. get fuel hose and small fuel filter vw aircooled.


the jdm panels mount tabs is no problems and jdm. tail is ready to plug in. get a testlight ,check for wiring curcuit power.

No issues with the us seat on the eve gas tank?

us seat is no problem on jdm tank same as spree usa. some dont have fuel sending unit on jdm.
