3 things:

1. Your skillz are yet again shown to be awesome

2. If I sent you my powder coated cover do you think it could be cut without chipping the powder coating along the edge?

3. Shoot me a PM for a price on #2 above and a PG pipe for my Dio :2thumbs:

#1 thanks for the kind works, but I am just beginning on the engine world of fun. I have great tools, tools that are far more capable than my hands for now. My biggest problem is lack of knowledge on the engine stuff, once I learn more about how to port and polish properly the fun will begin.

Does any body have a old/ messed up corsa or MHR jug I can buy? I only need one with the ports intact. I would like to base my future hand port off of those.

I took it for a quick cruize down the block but it was around 1130pm so I left at that. Hope you guys like the pics. Notice I used the entire instake carb and reed setup from my 01 50SR. Runs great so far.
Yes, the pictorial was very enjoyable. :2thumbs:

Well I think I am the only one diagnose so far. My wife still cant operate a scooter with out me on the seat with her. She was never into 2 wheeled things growing up and has a weird fear of them... If I cant break her of the fear, more scooters for me.

I should have taken before photos of the scooter. I pressure washed it last week, it was nasty before.

love all of the pics, thanks for sharing your fun!!! :thumbwink: There is something quite zen in tearing these little scooters and bikes apart and sorting stuff out and unlocking more fun hidden by the manufacturer inside. :geekdance:
